This policy describes how Sengo Service Maroc ("Sengo", "we") collects your data when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or the site form, and how we use it. We comply with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

Data we collect

• Name, city and address you share to schedule the service.
• Phone/WhatsApp number and the content of messages you send us.
• Appliance type, brand and description of the fault.
• Technical browsing data via Google Analytics (if enabled): anonymised IP, pages visited, timestamps.

Purposes

• Reply to your request and schedule the intervention.
• Send you a written quote, service record or invoice.
• Improve the site and understand which cities and services to cover better (aggregated statistics).

Recipients

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. We use WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Google for analytics. Data exchanged via WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's privacy policy.

Retention

WhatsApp conversations and service records are kept up to 3 years for warranty and follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Contact us at info@sengoservice.com. You may also file a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP (data protection authority).

Cookies

The site uses essential technical cookies and, if enabled, statistics cookies (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
