Sengo Service Maroc is a technical company specialised in refrigeration, air conditioning and the maintenance of household appliances and commercial equipment.

The company grew out of hands-on fieldwork, where dealing daily with breakdowns and technical problems built the foundation of our expertise. Over the years our activity has expanded, our services have broadened, and we now have a team able to handle the varied needs of both individuals and professionals.

In this trade, no two breakdowns are alike. Sometimes the problem is simple and obvious; sometimes reaching the real cause takes careful inspection and hands-on experience. That is why we always diagnose before we repair, and understand the state of the equipment before proposing a solution.

More than 25 years in the field have given our team broad practical knowledge in refrigeration, air conditioning, and appliance and equipment maintenance.

Over these years we have worked on different types of appliances and systems, in different conditions and locations — from homes to shops, restaurants, hotels and professional facilities.

This experience does not mean every problem has the same solution — quite the opposite. What we have learned is that every intervention needs its own understanding of the problem and the right solution for it.

We have carried out more than 2,000 interventions and projects — a number that reflects years of work and direct contact with our customers.

But what matters most to us is what lies behind that number: expertise built over thousands of field hours, different situations, different equipment, and moments that sometimes call for speed and sometimes for precision and patience to reach the right diagnosis.

We follow clear steps on every intervention: listen to the problem → inspect the equipment → identify the cause → propose a solution → carry out the repair.

When a spare part or an additional intervention is needed, we explain it to the customer before going further.

We do not look for a temporary fix when the underlying cause can be treated, and at the same time we do not suggest replacing an appliance or a part without first confirming it is really needed.

Our services are aimed at both individuals and professionals, because every customer's needs are different.

We serve homes, shops, restaurants, hotels and professional facilities, and we handle each intervention according to the nature of the equipment, the location and the activity involved.

For a professional, a single piece of equipment going down can bring part of the business to a halt. For a family, an essential appliance breaking down becomes a daily problem. In both cases, what matters to us is getting to the cause and dealing with it in a professional, practical way.

We operate with a team of 13 technicians, with vehicles and tooling dedicated to field interventions.

This lets us organise interventions and reach customers across different areas, while adapting the service to the nature of each job and its technical requirements.

For us, maintenance is not just about fixing an appliance and closing the ticket.

It is a responsibility that begins the moment a customer's request comes in, and continues through the diagnosis, clear communication, and doing the work properly.

We want the customer to know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what the proposed solution is.
