Regulatory context and industry standards
Fuel stations in Morocco are governed by hydrocarbons regulation and supervised by transport authorities and the relevant ministries. The shop falls under food safety (ONSSA) for food displays and municipal hygiene. Invoicing is issued with ICE and RC for network accounting. Equipment rented or branded by beverage suppliers may be under direct contract with them; we coordinate with all parties. Refrigerant handling (R600a in small coolers, R290 in recent ones, R404A in larger units) is regulated.
