Our intervention process
A simple, transparent flow — from first message to a fully working unit.
- 1Site survey and sizing
The technician visits, measures the volume (m³), checks insulation, sun-facing walls and occupancy — then determines the right BTU rating (never under- or over-sized).
- 2Detailed quote
Written quote covering: recommended unit (or install-only), required copper, drain routing, outdoor bracket, labour and warranty. No hidden fees.
- 3On-site installation
Indoor unit fixed with the correct drain slope, insulated copper run to spec, outdoor unit mounted on a steel bracket, and electrical connection to a dedicated breaker.
- 4Vacuum and refrigerant charge
Circuit vacuumed for 30 minutes (a critical step often skipped), then refrigerant charged to the gram per the model.
- 5Testing and handover
Ran in both cool and heat modes, air-off temperature and drain check, then walkthrough of the remote, filters and periodic care.
- 6Warranty record
Written installation record, including refrigerant charge, 2-year warranty on the intervention, and emergency contact. Keep it to activate the manufacturer warranty.
