From load calculations and design to installation and commissioning, we handle the full cold-room project. We also service existing rooms: gas leaks, damaged insulation, doors that no longer seal, compressor failures.

Why it matters
Equipment and systems we service
We work on every format commonly installed in Morocco.
- Positive cold room (0 to +8 °C)
The most common in restaurants, hotels and bakeries: vegetables, fresh meat, fish, dairy and pastries. Runs on a single condensing unit at medium pressure.
- Negative cold room (-18 to -25 °C)
For frozen goods: meat, fish, ready meals and ice cream (-25 °C). Requires thicker insulation (100-120 mm), a door with anti-freeze heating element and an automatic defrost system.
- Monobloc units
Complete unit mounted on the wall or roof, with no split between condenser and evaporator. Fast install, best for small rooms (2 to 10 m³) and lower cost.
- Split systems (remote condensing unit)
The condenser is remote (often rooftop), the evaporator inside the room, joined by copper piping. Ideal for larger rooms or when the condenser noise must be moved away.
- Insulated sandwich panels
Pre-fabricated panels in coated steel with a polyurethane foam core, 60 to 150 mm thick. Assembled with eccentric cam locks for excellent thermal insulation.
- Specialised doors
Hinged or sliding doors, magnetic seals, heated frames on negative doors (to prevent freezing of the seal). Automatic sliding doors for high-traffic flow (logistics).
Our intervention process
A simple, transparent flow — from first message to a fully working unit.
- 1Needs study and cooling load calculation
Site survey: dimensions, product type, daily throughput, delta-T ambient vs setpoint and door-opening frequency. These inputs let us calculate the required cooling capacity (frigories/hour).
- 2Design and quotation
Room plan, panel thickness choice (60 mm for standard positive, 100-120 mm for negative), floor type (tile or reinforced panels), door and refrigeration unit. Detailed quote, no hidden fees.
- 3On-site build
Insulated floor laid, walls assembled from cam-lock panels, roof, door, then indoor evaporator and outdoor condenser installed with copper and electrical hook-up. Between 2 days and a week depending on size.
- 4Vacuum, charge and commissioning
Circuit vacuumed to remove any moisture, refrigerant charged to the gram, thermostat set, defrost cycles programmed, then a temperature pull-down test.
- 5Handover and training
Team training on the controller, tips to hold temperature (limit door openings, avoid dumping too much warm stock at once), handover file with the circuit schematic.
- 6Maintenance and emergency repair
After handover, follow-up under a periodic maintenance contract (condenser cleaning, gas check, interior sanitation, door seal check), with 7-day emergency service if a fault appears.
