Why it matters

Delaying the repair means laundromat costs, daily disruption, and cascading damage to pricier components: a clogged pump stresses the motor, a failed seal rots the control board, and worn bearings can destroy the whole drum. A 300–600 MAD intervention frequently prevents a several-thousand MAD replacement.

  • Front-load washer

    The most common format in Morocco, 6-10 kg capacity, spin up to 1400-1600 rpm. Prone to door hinge and spider bracket faults.

  • Top-load washer

    Narrow format (40 cm) ideal for small apartments, usually 5-7 kg, most common faults on the opening system and lid latch.

  • Washer-dryer combo

    2-in-1 wash-and-dry unit that uses more water and power; servicing the dry cycle needs specific condenser dismantling.

  • Commercial washer (laundry)

    For hotels, clinics and laundries, 10-25 kg capacity, higher water pressure, regular bearing greasing required.

  • Built-in washer

    Fitted inside kitchen cabinetry, precise dismantling and reinstall to protect the millwork and plumbing.

    Error code diagnosis

    The technician reads the error code from the display or via a brand-specific diagnostic tool (E01, UE, F03…) to pinpoint the fault.

    Leak and hydraulic circuit check

    Hoses, inlet valve, drain pump and seals are all inspected. We find the source of a leak before replacing anything.

    Replace worn parts

    Most stressed parts: bearings, belt, drain pump, heating element, motor brushes. We fit OEM or approved-equivalent parts.

    Descale the heating element

    In cities with hard water (Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Fès) we recommend a yearly descale of the heating element to prevent burnout.

    Full cycle test

    After the repair we run a short full cycle (wash + rinse + spin) to validate every phase before handing back the machine.

Why won't my washer drain?
Most common cause: the drain pump is clogged (hair, coins, buttons). Often the pump filter (bottom of the machine) just needs cleaning — that solves half the cases. Otherwise the pump or hose needs replacing.
What do error codes E01, UE, F03 mean?
Each brand has its own coding, but broadly: E/F followed by a number points to a subsystem (E01 = door lock, UE/UB = load imbalance, F03 = thermostat). WhatsApp us the code — we give you an instant preliminary diagnosis.
Do you fix all brands?
Yes — Samsung, LG, Beko, Whirlpool, Bosch, Siemens, Indesit, Brandt and more. We're authorized on the major brands, and our intervention preserves the manufacturer warranty.
Why does my washer vibrate violently on spin?
Common causes: transport bolts left in at installation, uneven load, or worn drum bearings. The third case produces a metallic screech and needs urgent intervention before the drum itself is destroyed.
How much does replacing the drum bearings cost?
Usually 700–1500 MAD depending on the model, because it requires full drum dismantling. If your machine is under 6 years old, the repair is worth it. Older than that, we usually advise replacement.
What should I prepare before the technician arrives?
Clear 30 cm around the machine for dismantling, cut the power and water if there's a leak, and take the laundry out of the drum. Snap a photo of any error code shown.
How do I keep the fault from coming back?
3 simple habits: a 90°C empty cycle every 2 months to shift limescale and grease, drain-pump filter cleaning every 3 months, and leaving the door ajar after each wash to prevent odours. Big long-term savings.
