How long does a fridge repair take?
Most jobs are completed in a single visit (30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the fault). Specific parts or rare electronic boards may require an order and a second visit.
How much does the diagnostic cost?
Diagnosis + call-out starts from 200 MAD. If you accept the repair quote, this amount is deducted from the final invoice. Nothing to pay if you decline the quote.
What warranty do you offer after the repair?
Every repair carries a 2-year warranty covering labour. If the same fault reappears, we come back at no extra cost. OEM parts keep their own manufacturer warranty on top.
What should I do while waiting for the technician?
Open the door as little as possible to preserve the cold, and don't repeatedly try to restart the unit (it stresses the compressor). If you suspect an electrical fault, unplug it.
Should I repair or replace my fridge?
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than 40% of a new unit and the fridge is under 10 years old, repair wins. We tell you honestly when it no longer does.
What's the difference between R134a and R600a?
R134a is the traditional refrigerant in older fridges. R600a (isobutane) is newer, more energy-efficient and greener, but flammable and only safe to handle with a qualified technician. We handle both safely.
Do you take away my old fridge?
